The Serpente Table Lamp was designed by Elio Martinelli for Martinelli Luce Italy in 1965. The Serpente lamp is a table lamp with a real futuristic look. Elio Martinelli's Serpente table lamp is considered to be a masterpiece of mid century modern Italian design.

The Serpente Table Lamp is in the permanent collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art New York.

This is the real heavy vintage version and not the new one. Has the authentic rubber label on the bottom.
No dents only some small surface scratches due to his age.
Otherwise in very good condition.
