If you wish to return a product, send an email within 14 days after receiving the product. Mentioning the product, your name, address and telephone number. You will receive information for the return shipping. Ordered items can only be returned if products are complete, return shipping costs are for buyer's expense.

If orders are combined, you can reduce your shipping costs considerable.

I will always try to send the package within 3 business days. If this is for some reason not possible, I will let you know when it will be sent, and you always have the possibility to cancel the order before its sent. All prices of shipping costs include insured registered shipping. After the parcel has been sent, I will give you a track and trace code with which you can track your package.
