Balloon lamp designed by Yves Christin for Bilumen table or wall/ceiling light, Italy 1970s diffuser of blown plastic and black ABS base

Wall/ ceiling light or table lamp in the form of a balloon, Was designed by Yves Christin for Bilumen, Italy in 1975 and gives a very beautiful soft light. She wanted to express a gas balloon in it's natural rising to the ceiling. The diffuser is made of blown plastic material with black ABS base. 
 
Uses an E27 bulb and comes with an European 2-pin plug and light switch on the cable

It is perfect for a children bedroom, but is also a great and original lamp for a side table, because creates a warm atmosphere.

The lamp will be sent without the light bulb. While we have checked the cable and tested the lamp to see that it works, as with all vintage electrical equipment, we suggest you have it checked by a qualified electrician in your country before installing it in your home.
