Original umbrella stand, called "Dedalo" designed by Emma Gismondi Schweinberger for Artemide in 1966, is a very cool piece and an icono of modern design, featured in the Museum of Modern Art in New York
Emma Gismondi Schweinberger designed 3 different sizes, small pencil holders (dedalino), middle sized flower vases (dedalotto), and this one: the large umbrella holder (dedalo).
This one is white and has a one small crack and one a bit bigger crack in the bottom, some very small cracks on the top, a burn mark at the bottom and some small sue to its age and use (see pictures). Thats why I have lowered the price.
