Philips Romeo Desk Lamp

Dutch design Louis Kalff PHILIPS industrial black table lamp from the 1950s
black shade and base with chrome arm

Height: 41,5 cm / 16.33”
Width: ∅ 28,5 cm / 11.22”
Base: ∅ 11,5 cm /4.52”

Good condition but some very small irregularities, dents, on shade (see pictures) only visible close by otherwise minor wear due to age and use. Lamp has been very good restored in a black color. The lamp came in a lot of different colors.

The bottom cover of the lamp is not original but from wood covered with felt (price adjusted). I will let is loose as it fits in the bottom so if needed you can easily change wire (but everything works like it is)  

Philips logo on the base.

Comes with a European 2 pin plug and uses a E27 bulb.
Looks great with a mirror bulb (not included! but if you want, on request, I can include the old bulb as show in the bulb)

The lamp will be sent without the light bulb. While we have checked the cable and tested the lamp to see that it works, as with all vintage electrical equipment, we suggest you have it checked by a qualified electrician in your country before installing it in your home.
