Bronze metal desk lamp from Denmark, designed by Jo Hammerborg in the 1960s. Belongs to the golden years of Fog & Mørup which is still primarily known for the work of this designer.
This incredible lamp is of excellent quality and superb design, and is in perfect condition. Jo Hammerborg collaborated with Fog and Mørup for a number of years.
The Lento lamp can be found in their 1967 catalogue. It provides effective downward lighting while retaining great style and elegance. It would make a wonderful addition to a mid century modern interior as a desk lamp in an office or a studio or as a subsidiary lighting in a sitting area.
Please note that the lamp has a European 2-pin plug on 220V. Needs an adapter plug to work in the USA.
